In partnership with Clean Tomorrow, Strategic Economic Research (SER) conducted a comparative fiscal analysis to better understand how state-level policy decisions shape local revenue outcomes. During this webinar, we discussed what motivated the research, highlighted key findings, walked through the methodology and assumptions, and explored how these insights can better inform state legislatures, local governments, and developers.
