Allan Hug is co-founder of KAOH Media and its Fieldwise Civic Engagement division. His work spans renewable energy, transmission, energy storage, data centers, and other high-stakes development projects. Allan is based in the St. Louis, Missouri, area and works with clients nationwide. Allan specializes in helping companies understand local dynamics, build credible community relationships, and earn support for projects where public acceptance and land-use approvals are critical to success. Jonathan Drobis is President of Bantam Communications, a public affairs firm that specializes in growing the clean energy economy. Jonathan has spent over two decades working at the intersection of policy, advocacy, politics and public affairs. He joined Bantam because of his commitment to accelerating advanced energy deployment by building public support and social license for the next generation of American energy. He works across Bantam’s portfolio of campaigns and initiatives on behalf of utility-scale energy developers as well as non-profit and philanthropic efforts to accelerate renewable energy deployment. Previously, as a principal with the Dewey Square Group, Jonathan leveraged his expertise in campaign management and communications to lead multi-state issue campaigns. His energy sector work has included successful federal and statewide advocacy campaigns and local permitting efforts across solar, wind, storage, nuclear, hydroelectric, transmission, and EVs. Earlier in his career, Jonathan worked on the full spectrum of campaign and public affairs efforts across the country and on Capitol Hill. He has worked on behalf of five presidential campaigns, managed a U.S. Senate race, and organized for congressional and mayoral campaigns. Over the span of his career, Drobis has managed campaigns spanning all 50 states, and has worked on the ground in California, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, Nebraska, New Mexico, Montana, Pennsylvania and Texas. He also previously served as a legislative aide to Congresswoman Doris Matsui (CA-06). Jonathan grew up and resides in Washington, DC, where he now lives with his wife and their two young children. He is a graduate of Duke University and spends his spare time shuttling his kids around town, cleaning the kitchen, aspiring to be present, and occasionally running and playing basketball.

Mariah Lynne is the Founder and CEO of Goodson, a community-focused public affairs firm specializing in clean energy, agriculture, and rural development. Mariah has spent over a decade working closely with landowners, local governments, and project developers to bridge the gap between large-scale infrastructure investments and rural communities. Prior to launching Goodson, she served as a regional director for public affairs campaigns and corporate responsibility initiatives, building strategic coalitions across the Midwest. Her clean energy expertise covers localized field strategy, community agreements, and municipal zoning navigation for utility-scale solar, wind, and agrivoltaics projects. Mariah holds a degree from Iowa State University and lives on her family's farm in northern Iowa, where she is actively involved in local civic boards and conservation initiatives.
